 it's terribly sad when a mile run feels like an accomplishment! today was the first day in...i'd say 2 months that i've put on my running shoes and attempted moving at a fast pace. today i've discovered that my endurance level is at an all time low. maybe stopping at the park after work is the way to go! lets see if i can make this happen more often.
